Let’s face it! Most of us eat for the wrong reasons; not because we are starving or even truly hungry! We eat out of loneliness, frustration, anger, etc. In other words we tend to use food to medicate underlying feelings of unworthiness, anxiety, tension, nervousness and fear. I know I do!
