Food Psychology, Mind-Body Nutrition and Miraculous You

Posted by: Leslie  /  Category: Food Psychology

Hello, my name is Leslie White and welcome to my food psychology blog.  Food psychology is an innovative, pioneering approach to mind-body nutrition:  The study of how our thoughts, feelings and beliefs impact nutritional metabolism and health.   Certified as a Food Psychology Coach by Marc David’s Spencer Institute and coupled with my background in clinical mental health, I am excited to be a pioneering coach in this field.

As a long time student of applied behavioral psychology, I am eager to share with you these new approaches  to understanding the psychology of food and dynamic eating concepts that promote greater self-love, self-understanding and compassion for ourselves and others.   Once we understand our relationship to food and the causes of non-productive eating behaviors, we can begin to take charge of our life, change those behaviors and live more vibrant, creative lives.

This blog, then, is intended to be a place to share our thoughts, feelings and beliefs about our relationship to food and to learn new ways be healthier and happier in body, mind and spirit.   I am looking forward to sharing with you my experiences and insights and learning more about yours.  Thanks for stopping in and I hope you join the conversation often.   To learn more about how to live a more miraculous life please visit my new web site at  www.miraculouslifecoaching.com.   Blessings for peace, health and happiness!
